DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE   a deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. This type of massage focuses on the deeper muscle structures. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (ie. athletics), and patients who have sustained physical injury.

RAINDROP THERAPY  is a method of using Tibetan Vita-Flex technique, reflexology, massage techniques and 9 therapeutic grade essential oils applied to the spine and feet to bring the body into structural and electrical alignment. The technique is meditative, oils are dropped in sequence, like raindrops, along the spinal column then feathered out along neural pathways. Moist heat is applied to the spine to drive the healing properties of the oils into the blood and nerve pathways.
