I have always felt more aligned with the sacredness of each person, place or thing that I have had the pleasure to encounter on my long meandering walk through life thus far. Each experience bringing me the tools and awareness to take the next step into the unknown and known with much excitement!

This is why I love all that I do! Each person brings to me a new adventure and challenge to work through and conquer with the intention of finding the sacred balance within their body, mind or/and spirit. The Body Center'd is that sacred and balanced space where we, once again, find our true selves. Reconnecting with our personal sacredness allows us to see the gift of love and life in every thing and every one we encounter...and so it is!

I started my "official" training in therapeutic bodywork in 1993. My massage therapist, at that time, Debra Haney, thought that I might have potential as a bodyworker and that I could even enjoy it. Well, to this day I am very grateful to my friend for her encouragement. What I have learned from workshops, from clients, from books, from colleagues, from travels and from hands-on experience has given me the knowledge, sensitivity and insight that I bring into each session.

In 2005 I completed my training in the field of esthetics or "skin care". Skin Care maintenance and preventive treatments are the most sought after these days. Aging is inevitable, how we age is optional.
